Visiting the Lake

We came to visit the lake early Sunday, after deciding that it was just too cold to put on dresses and go to church. It is one of my Febsolutions (resolution in Feb) to get better about going to church, but it was just so chilly this am!! Anyway, in the first few pictures, you can see how cold it was. We all went outside to help El shovel some dirt....it was freezing!! Funny, that the very next day was nice enough for a walk on the dam. This weather is crazy--we are ready for some consistently warm weather so we can play outside MORE!
We have had a GREAT visit at the lake. Olivia grows and changes so much every time that we come. She and Margaret are starting to have more fun together. Olivia has begun to enjoy reading! It is so much fun to read to two inquisitive girls!

On Monday afternoon, it was warm, YEAH!! Margaret was delighted to look in the water and see herself!
