THE Tea Set

On Christmas evening, Margaret and I went to my cousin Anne's to join Anne, Mike, Aunt Bobby, David, my Dad, Matthew, EO, El, and Olivia for a nice dinner and even more presents! Margaret was thrilled to get her special tea set. Grandaddy turns out to be quite the excellent shopper and was the hero, getting Margaret THE one gift that she asked for consistently for months before Christmas. My dad was worried that I might be disappointed with her reaction when she opened it....he thought she may not be quite as excited as I expected. WOW, was he WRONG! Margaret really loves her tea set and we play with it almost daily. She loves giving tea to her dolls and to anyone who comes to visit us. She has learned about being a hostess and how to serve and treat guests!
In case you can't see in the picture, this adorable little wooden tea set comes complete with tea bags, sugar cubes, and yummy chocolate cake with candles as well as the cups, saucers, tea kettle and sugar dish! Grandaddy is the best gift giver EVER!! Thanks Grandaddy for making Margaret's Christmas complete!
