Are we Nesting for EO?

My sister, Melissa (EO to Margaret) is now almost 39 weeks into her pregnancy! We are all very excited about the baby and CAN"T WAIT for it (don't know if is a boy or a girl) to get here. However, the baby obviously knows we are dying to see it and it is planning it's arrival carefully! We are learning patience!
Yesterday, we decided that when the baby comes we will need food. We set off for SAMs to buy LOTS of groceries. Margaret helped me put together two lasagnas and bake the baby a birthday cake. Melissa loves my pound cake so the baby will get it's first cake via the mommy milk! Margaret was a great help with the cooking and was more than happy to like the beater after we finished mixing the cake. What is a little Salmonella in a healthy child right?? Just kidding, but we used to lick beaters and never got sick.....
Anyway, today we will be making another cake, pimento cheese, and chicken salad. We want to make sure there is enough to eat at EOs when the baby comes because if this baby is as needy and demanding out of the womb as it is in it---they will have their hands FULL! There will be no time to cook!
I wonder if we are nesting for EO. I don't think we have been this productive on a weekend in quite some time!
