Booger Lotion---YUCK!

OK--the reason I do this blog is for Margaret to have sort of a day to day sort of scrapbook that she can look back on when she is older. This is about the only way I would be able to keep things organized and add pictures. Anyway, along with day to day life there is some gross stuff that sometimes comes up. Today was one of those days. One day when Marg reads this, she will be so embarrased! Well, my sweet, pretty daughter has recently had a facination with picking her nose! GROSS! She says that she should save her boogers for later! Double gross!! I have explained to her that we put boogers in Kleenex......all the right things--I have tried it all. But really, what can I do? Plug up her little nostrils? Chop off her sweet fingers? Or just grin and bear this stage--hopefully it will be short! Anyway, tonight as we were reading books she started digging in her nose. I did not say anything. I figured if I ignored her she might just stop! NOT SO MUCH!! She rubbed a dry little booger on my arm! I was flabergasted!! I did not know what to say or do! I did not want to overreact, because that would reinforce it....anyway, I asked what she was doing. She said, "I rub booger yotion on yours arm," and then grinned a huge grin like she had really helped me out! YIKES! I hope she reads this one day and laughs as much as I am laughing now!!
