Margaret's First Hot Dog EVER!!

As most if not all of you know, I am a bit picky about what Margaret eats. I guess there are worse things to be picky about than nutrition so I do not really beat myself up about it so much. I realized last night at the grocery store that I have not had a hot dog since before I got pregnant and that Margaret did not even know what a hot dog was! Luckily, the food industry is getting more healthy so I got some turkey dogs and whole wheat buns and we had a hot dog supper tonight! They were great!! Margaret was very excited to learn that there is a new food to eat--one that she did not even know exhisted! Here she is proudly showing off her new favorite food. She wanted to share a sideways smile before her first bite. Yes, she loved it right from the start. She said "this hot dog deliicous."
As you can see, she ate it all! We do tend to post a lot about food--but her reactions and the things she says about new things are so adorable I can not help it. She will enjoy reading it and seeing herself eat many of her "firsts" one day!
