Fun with the Ladies at Folly 2007

Margaret and I were very excited to join the ladies (and a few men) this year for our annual Folly Beach trip. We first made the trip when Margaret was a very fresh baby of 6-8 weeks! Last year was lots of fun again and Margaret met a forever friend, Allison, Fran's little girl. We were all so impressed last year at how well the girls played and they did even better this year. It is so much fun to watch them carry on little conversations!

The crew of ladies included the usuals.....Miss Mary Jo, Miss Kathy, Aunt Linda, Mom, Emily, Melissa, Olivia, Fran, Allison, Margaret and me! However, this year exceptions were made and a few men came. This is traditionally a WOMEN ONLY trip but we were joined for a few days by Emily's friend Anitra, and her husband and baby and also by Emily's true love, Dave and Uncle of the YEAR Elliott! Yes, this extraordinary house is PLENTY big enough for all of us! Thanks SOOOSOOOOO much to "Uncle" Johnny for opening up his house and to Miss Mary Jo and Emily for inviting us to join them on this really fun trip once again.

Regretably, I did not have my camera on this trip so all the these pictures are pirated from EO. Good thing she takes more pictures than anyone I know. I can not find the one of the ladies....hopefully will find it and add it later.

Margaret and I both really enjoyed climbing the big, red "spider web" at the park. Margaret and Allison loved playing on the porches and the deck and were ready to smile for the camera!

We ended our week with a visit to the Gindhart house. It is pretty neat the Julie, Melissa, and I all have daughters that stair step in age, Dylan 4, Marg 3, Morgan almost 2, and Olivia almost 1. We are all SOOOOO proud of our sweet girls!
