Margaret is talking up a storm!
Margaret's vocabulary has blown up over the past few weeks. I do not want to miss all the adorable things she is saying so I thought I would post a few to share and save for memories. Here they are:
"un do un" --What ya doin? This is one of her favorites. We hear it hundreds of times a day=-)
"I'm ready!"--Margaret is a go go girl! If we tell her that we are going anywhere, even just in the yard, she will stop what she is doing and say she is ready.
"stinks yike trash guck"--If anything has the least amount of odor these days it stinks like the trash truck! I am not sure she has actually ever smell the trash truck because we watch it from behind the storm door, but she does know that it smells yucky!
"just a ittle bit stinks, Romeo"--Romeo has not had a bath in a few weeks and needs one! Margaret has not said he is as bad as the trash truck but does note that he stinks a little bit!
"I wona go EO, L's ouse"--Margaret has been very infatuated with EO and L lately (Melissa and Elliott), especially Elliot! EVERYDAY she reminds us that she wants to go to their house. We are going on Wednesday for EO's birthday. Marg can hardly wait!
"Mamu call back" or Mamu NOT call back!"--Margaret is also very taken with her Uncle Matthew. She likes to talk about him, listen to him on the phone, and name her toys after him. She named her frog Mamu last week. I would hear her in another room talking about Mamu and there she was with the frog having him jump or slide or swing..... however when the "REAL" Mamu is around she rarely will interact with him! We need to see him more often!!
"POTTY, POTTY, POTTY"--This one we hear A LOT too! Thankfully! Margaret has only had a few accidents--we are very proud! She is not able to get onto the potty by herself so she announces her need to go when the time comes. Lets hope it continues to be this easy!! Our next child will probably wear diapers until he or she is 5!!
"I oon eat!"--I am trying to spell it like she says it! ...sort of difficult...You would think that we starve the child as much as she says she wants she wants to eat.
"Not yet"--Margaret is the champion of doing things in her own time. This is one of her favorite phrases.
"Jus ittle bit"--another of her favorites, if it is not a lot it is just a little bit; which most days it is!
She has also started singing the ABC's. She actually sung them on command this morning for EO, L, Guh-Guh, and partially for Granddaddy! This was quite an accomplishment--singing 4 different times over the phone!! I am not sure how to get a voice over the blog but when I figure it out I will post it!
